I ordered food from here like 5 days ago , they forgot to put potatoes in my order . I called and they said the could make a note and say to put extra next time I order but no there’s no way I will order again from here. Ordered fries and they barely put any . I also ordered a soup that was nasty , it tastes like it went bad and I still have to in the freezer so I can take it back and get my money back but everytime I call they say they don’t have a manager on duty. How is that even possible? I paid $100 dollars this is unacceptable

Service was very good prices were too good to be true, food was okay a little tasteless but I blame it on ordering mild. Potatoes we're very undercooked and hard when I got home I got sick to my stomach with symptoms of food poisoning throwing up everywhere. I eat a lot Seafood boil and never got sick off of it I just moved to Santa Clarita and decided to try this place, the price was great from what I'm used to but I guess there's a reason for that. I will say I was happy while eating my food I was even planning on bringing my family back til my stomach started turning and my head started hurting I really hope that I don't end up in the hospital. This happened May 4th 2026 and I went there not too long after they opened 3:30

We ordered crab n corn was cooked with way tooo much oil with no flavor. The mussels are yummy n the shrimp was also soaking in oil with no flavor. My advice as a cook use less oil Ur not frying ur steaming. It was our first time here n disappointed.

Food is not bad, but salty. Some of the sauces for the seafood boils taste the same. But the food comes out piping hot, so be ready to get your hands dirty!

Had an amazing experience eating at Crab Mentality. The food was so good, had the garlic butter and Cajun sauce with spice. Service was quick and was provided with all things we needed to keep clean. Haven’t been to the boiling crab yet but it’s so nice to have a good seafood boil close to home without having to drive in the valley! Highly recommend!
